Policy and Legal Terms
CeilingConnexTM currently accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments not made by credit card may use PayPal, or have made payment arrangements prior to shipping. We use Stripe and Paypal for our payment processing.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All South Dakota sales are subject to sales tax.
Due to the unusual dimensions of these products, shipping is $35 an order in the continental US.
Orders over $400 qualify for free shipping.
Samples also have free shipping.
CeilingConnexTM has a 30 day return policy on all products from the original purchase date. All returns must include original proof of purchase. CeilingConnexTM does not cover the shipping cost on returned product. All returned merchandise must be sent pre-paid and insured. Any returns sent COD will not be accepted. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
No merchandise shall be returned to us without a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us. You can obtain and RA number by contacting CeilingConnexTM warranty department by phone or by e-mail. (call 605-484-0875 or firstname.lastname@example.org)
If returning a product it must be returned in the same condition it was received in. If upon inspection we find the merchandise to be in good and unused condition, we will issue a credit or refund.
Refused orders are subject to a 10% re-stocking charge and all freight charges paid by the customer.
CeilingConnexTM warrants that all new, unused products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is effective if the product is properly installed and used for the purpose intended for the life of the product. It applies to the original buyer only.
CeilingConnex's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, or at its option, replacing any part that is returned, transportation prepaid, to CeilingConnexTM, Yankton, South Dakota, if the product is, in our judgment, defective. All materials must be accompanied by an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number requested by and authorized in advance of returning the materials. CeilingConnexTM shall not be liable or responsible to supply or pay labor to replace any part found defective, nor shall it be liable for any damages of any kind or nature to person, product, or property.
There are no warranties for used products or products that have been repaired, altered, modified, subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or ordinary wear and tear.
CeilingConnex products are sold without any other express warranty nor are the products sold with any implied warranties, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Other than the express warranty described above, CeilingConnex is not liable for any other damages, whether direct, incidental or consequential. Any disputes concerning these warranty provisions shall be governed by South Dakota law and resolved in the Circuit Court for Yankton County, South Dakota.

Proof of purchase to original purchaser must be provided CeilingConnexTM along with merchandise in question. Upon inspection of the merchandise and at our discretion, if found to be defective by CeilingConnexTM, CeilingConnexTM will credit or refund to you the amount of the merchandise. Refunds only apply during the 30 day return policy. No freight charges will be reimbursed.
All freight shipped from CeilingConnexTM is carefully packaged before shipping. We know ahipping damage can occur - if this unfortantly happeneds to you please get ahold of us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct the issue.

Back orders will be filled as quickly as possible. If there should be any reason for you to cancel your back order, please let us know as soon as possible.
