Policy and Legal Terms

Payment

CeilingConnexTM currently accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments not made by credit card may use PayPal or have made payment arrangements prior to shipping.  We use Stripe and Paypal for our payment processing.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. All South Dakota sales are subject to sales tax.

Lifetime Warranty

CeilingConnexTM warrants that all new, unused products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is effective if the product is properly installed and used for the purpose intended for the life of the product. It applies to the original buyer only.

CeilingConnex's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, or at its option, replacing any part that is returned, transportation prepaid, to CeilingConnexTM, Yankton, South Dakota, if the product is, in our judgment, defective. All materials must be accompanied by an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number requested by and authorized in advance of returning the materials. CeilingConnexTM shall not be liable or responsible to supply or pay labor to replace any part found defective, nor shall it be liable for any damages of any kind or nature to person, product, or property.

There are no warranties for used products or products that have been repaired, altered, modified, subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or ordinary wear and tear.

CeilingConnex products are sold without any other express warranty nor are the products sold with any implied warranties, including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  Other than the express warranty described above, CeilingConnex is not liable for any other damages, whether direct, incidental or consequential.  Any disputes concerning these warranty provisions shall be governed by South Dakota law and resolved in the Circuit Court for Yankton County, South Dakota.

Proof of purchase to the original purchaser must be provided CeilingConnexTM along with the merchandise in question. Upon inspection of the merchandise and at our discretion, if found to be defective by CeilingConnexTM, CeilingConnexTM will credit or refund to you the amount of the merchandise. Refunds only apply during the 30-day return policy. No freight charges will be reimbursed.

Freight Claims

All freight shipped from CeilingConnexTM is carefully packaged before shipping.  We know shipping damage can occur - if this, unfortunately, happened to you please get ahold of us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct the issue.

Any damage or shortages due to shipping must be reported to CeilingConnexTM within 3 days of receiving. (call 605-484-0875 or email info@ceilingconnex.com)

Back Orders

Backorders will be filled as quickly as possible. If there should be any reason for you to cancel your backorder, please let us know as soon as possible.

International Orders

CeilingConnexTM does not currently accept international orders.  If you are outside the US and would like to order our products please contact us.  (call 605-484-0875 or email info@ceilingconnex.com)
