The staff is top notch!
For me, the product wouldn't work bc we were transitioning from an existing sheet rock cieling to this and the look wasn't going to work for us. And there were too many other variables, ie color matches to existing flat whit cieling/grid/diff tile design, too use different tiles. I gave the system a 4 bc I installed the sample pieces and the screws easily torque the grid out of shape causing contortions and was gonna be more work than I wanted or wanted to pay for. Also, I believe that no matter what pro installs this it takes too much precision to not look diy and we were looking for a seamless look. The staff was helpful and awesome though!!!!
